How the tap works

The customer holds their phone near the NFC card (or scans the QR): the card page opens and they add it to Apple or Google Wallet with one tap. No app to install.

From that moment the card stays in the customer's Wallet and updates itself with every stamp.

To give a stamp, use «Stamp mode» from the dashboard: the customer shows their card and you confirm the stamp. No app or dedicated reader: your phone is enough.

When the goal is reached, the customer gets the reward and the card resets for the next round.

To manage multiple operators or checkout stations, use the «Staff scanner», which reads the customer's card QR securely.
